By accessing or using Sicuro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Sicuro.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Authentication is managed by our platform provider. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

Sicuro is a personal financial organization and planning tool. You may use the service to track your finances, create budgets, plan debt payoff, set savings goals, and access other features provided by the app.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not attempt to access, disrupt, or harm the service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.

Sicuro is a financial organization and planning tool. Calculations, projections, Safe to Spend amounts, debt payoff estimates, spending summaries, and other outputs are informational tools based on information you supply. These outputs may be affected by incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information you rely on.

AI Coach is an optional feature that provides informational responses based on your financial context. AI Coach responses are generated by a language model, depend on information you provide, and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI Coach is read-only and cannot make changes to your accounts, budgets, debts, or settings. You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI Coach responses.

Sicuro provides informational financial organization and planning tools. Sicuro is not a bank, lender, investment adviser, broker, accountant, tax adviser, attorney, or fiduciary. The information and tools provided by Sicuro are for general informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Nothing provided by Sicuro, including AI Coach responses, projections, calculations, or analytics, should be construed as investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Calculations and AI-generated responses can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and depend on information you provide. You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information you rely on and for all financial decisions you make.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable tools, we do not guarantee that calculations, projections, or other outputs will be error-free or applicable to your specific situation. The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Sicuro integrates with third-party services, including:

• Base44 — platform hosting, database, authentication, and AI integration.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI language model for AI Coach responses.
• Plaid — optional bank account linking and transaction import.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Sicuro, including its design, branding, and software, is provided for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to store or process information for any person other than yourself without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sicuro and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, income, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
